Someone said one of their wheels fell off. The left wheel tends to unwind the bolt and nut....easy solution is to put a second nut outside the first one, so two nuts, which will prevent any surprises. I had an extra nut the same size at home.
I didn't have the axel extender bolt, but I was able to modify this product to fit our bicycle.
Daughter likes that the wheels are pink. As other said, the lights don't flash much or brightly. But enough for my daughter to love.
