I have been on the hunt for a one-stop cookbook that would make air frying easier. I tend to have high expectations when it comes to using an air fryer because of the hype and these recipes have met my expectations. I have made the walnut pancakes, the garlicky whole chicken bake, and the cream cheese wanton. So far, I've been very impressed with my outcomes. I'm a very visual eater and I'm also very picky when it comes to ingredients, that's why I highly recommend this book. None of the recipes I've tried have resulted in an "undone" appearance nor have they been undercooked. Let's just say my mind was blown because I didn't have to continue the cooking process using a more traditional method to achieve a more palatable appearance. The ingredients that the recipes called for also met my standards as I was able to source them easily without compromising my tastes. I'm so glad I purchased this book.

Love that recipes include what settings are needed for recipes including how long to preheat oven. Lots of variety in recipes, looking forward to making a number of them .

The garlic chicken it's a must . Love thr simply arranged recipes. So far 3 recipes we've tried were on point.

This is a big need! I would recommend to anyone with a group dinner and large family. Recipes take less then 20 minutes! I can tell now I'm going to cook plenty of these budget friendly options!
