My 3-year-old loves this little rainbow. She always asks for it. It is really durable but sadly, the paint started coming off after the first use. That is the only reason I took a star off. Otherwise, it is amazing.

Purchased for our Autistic son for Christmas. Out of the box it's alittle meh for the price you pay. The glitter colors aren't vibrant at all and are quite difficult to see.

So I have seen many things like this that they state to make for your kids to help calm them. I have a very tenacious 4 year old son that can have a tiny temper and I thought this may be a good way to help ease him. So it did maybe once. He liked watching the rainbow colors "Race" but other than that I think it almost flows too slow. Can that be a thing? Even I watched it a few times and just felt that it might be better if it sped up just a bit. Also, I dont see how this if a fidget toy. There's not much to it sensory wise other than turning it and watching the sand fall. So Im not sure it should be advertised as such. However, if you are looking for a slow sand toy to help ease emotions and your child has more patience than mine.. I think it's a good toy.
