PRO TIP: Make sure to check your jewelry, before and after using an ultra sonic, to make sure that nothing loose. The ultra sonic vibration will clean away the "stuff" that may have "held" your gem stones in place. 😉

I received the cleaner, read the very basic directions and put my wedding and cocktail ring in it. It did a good job and met the needs I have for a cleaner. It is nowhere near jeweler quality cleaning but for a general cleaning to return some brightness to your diamond/gold jewelry, it did a good job.
