We tried this pasta after seeing a cooking segment on GMA3. My daughter has gluten allergies so finding a good substitute for her is important. We find so many of the GF pastas lacking, and they tend to disintegrate quickly. This pasta not only holds it shape but also tastes great. The added protein is a huge bonus as we find we don't over indulge in the pasta. This is our new go to pasta.
