Nice little stand for the price

I actually purchased this stand to hold the small Gransfors Bruk axe I use for cutting small pieces of firewood in the backyard. It's such a handsome little axe of such great quality, I like to keep it on the center of my fireplace mantle to keep it from getting dinged up between used.
This little sword stand is perfect for that. It wasn't overly expensive, went together fairly easily, and holds the Small Forest Axe perfectly.
It was a bit snug to get it to fit together, and one side of it sits a bit more proud than the other. However, for the $10 I paid, it really has worked for what I need it to do. The cradle of it is a bit narrow, so keep that in mind. It really seems to be made for katana type swords. Even the fairly thin haft of my axe is a bit tight of a fit, but it does the job.
