We bought this for my 88 yr. old mother with memory loss. It functions exactly like her cordless phone so she didn't have to try to learn something new. We've bought her a cellphone in the past and she couldn't remember how to use it so this was absolutely perfect! Love this product

I bought this phone for my 97 yr. old mother who has arthritis in her hands and is nearly blind. it is a good phone for her but I will mention where it could be improved. The answer and hang up buttons should be more prominent with a different feel from the other buttons. The slide on/off button should be relocated to a lesser used area. it is to easy to turn the phone off by accident. The directions should be more informative. for example, there are no instructions on how to use speed dial at all. finally, the screen should be larger. If you put all these things in, I would pay more to purchase it. It is very difficult to find a good cell phone for super seniors. I got rid of her landline, hooked up with t mobile and saved her $80 a month.
