Dropped the loud 93 decibel generator down to 80 decibels on other side of barrier. 25 feet away dropped decibels down to 70. Allowed for a restful night.

I just received my zombie box order. I found them on YouTube. I ordered the Large armor plate box with the Z-pipe. Shipping time was exactly within 7-9 weeks which was stated on their website. They make every box with perfect precision all hand made in America. The shipping box was packed with care, all items were very secure in the pallet it came in. The package arrived damaged so I was a bit 😞 at first. That was not the fault of the manufacturer. Once it was set up I LOVE it! There is nothing on the market comparable to protect a running generator. People have used small plastic sheds, but have to add cooling fans and exhaust pipes, etc. The tent style generator covers are a pain in the butt and not very durable. This cover is built solid like a tank. Once set up it should last for years. For a home generator this is the one you want. I would still lock up your generator since this is a weatherproof cover only. I am using it with 2 x Honda EU2200Is and there is room to spare. It is bigger than I thought (which is a good thing).

It didn't really muffle the sound of my 7000-watt Briggs and Stratton that we had attached to our food truck. But, that was actually our fault, not the box. Because of the way our generator is mounted on the food truck, the Zombie Box couldn't do what it is designed to do. We couldn't position the Zombie Box in a way that it could muffle the sound.
I'm sure if the generator was separate from the truck, the Zombie Box would have worked as it is supposed to.
