Much healthier than beef version

These taste very similar to the beef version but so much less fat. Very tasty for quick fast food meal/snack from a can. And nice option to make into an easy casserole with various ingredients. I like spinach especially. Also like topping whatever casserole with shredded cheese.

You cannot find the chicken version in the store anymore. Only the beef. These are absolutely delicious and pretty lean! Much leaner than the beef version.

I wanted some canned chicken products to put away for emergencies and these tamales are perfect. I give 4 stars because the sauce is not the best with a very tomato taste. It is almost like straight tomato paste. The tamales are good for a fast easy meal. It has a long expiration time which is the best thing.
