This is not the first time I have purchased this rosemary and it won't be the last. I think it is delicious on a leg of lamb roast and found the aroma emanating from the oven intoxicating. I also used it when making a fruit dish and it was delicious. What is nice about this particular rosemary is that it is all chopped up saving you the time and effort. I'm glad I have a fresh new bottle as I use this dried herb often. I think you will too.
