I'm quite the FANATIC, not merely "fan" (in other words: major super hyper version of a "fan") of all things garlic Parmesan, of which this a world-beater. This was phenomenal by itself on a spoon and on top of all three types of crackers I enjoyed it on. INCREDIBLY AMAZING FLAVOR, TEXTURE AND EVEN AROMA. this in any of my local supermarkets, thus I found it on Amazon. I had it recommended to use in this linguine salad someone gave me the receipe for. It has just the right amount of herbs and spices for my palatte. I have since located it in my Giant supermarket in my home town, way down on the bottom shelf, of course. I would recommend this.
