I bought this in July. Already having problems with the battery not holding/taking a charge. T-Mobile checked it with a new cord, not that. It was a gift for an older relative so now I have to find something else.

The process, for this phone, was not easy (not taking old sim card, and putting it, into plum phone. Even my provider(did not, know what to do). But thank GOD, I am technology savy. I figured it out( and I needed, the provider info (that I had, to find out on, my own) but the phone, works GREAT.
