While this carrier is good for cats that are calm and don't mind being in a carrier it did not hold up to one that was determined to get out. Thankful this happened while still in the house, if this happened while driving it could have been hazardous.

I purchased this because I have a 20lb cat who was a bear to get in a hard shell carrier. This has 3 openings to use and is sturdy enough for my big boy. It is a much nicer experience than try to lug a hard carrier into the groomer. Great quality- would highly recommended!

We bought this cat carrier ahead of our move out of state hoping our cat would take to it before we left; we thought she might be comforted by a familiar setting once we got her settled in the car. And we think this worked because after the first hour into our 12-hour drive (when she meowed constantly) our cat soon settled down and seemed very content in her little house in the car. The only thing about this carrier that could be improved is that it is a bit flimsy and tends to collapse when our cat leans on the sides. We put a support "post" (made of hard cardboard) to prop up the carrier (you can see it in the photo) and this solved the problem. Our cat still loves her little house and so we continue to keep it in the carrier in the house for her.

This is the cat carrier of my dreams. I previously had a nearly impossible time trying to get my sixteen pound cat in a carrier. Trying to get her in from the side was so hard. This carrier has a zipper top that I can put her in with ease. I like the option of a short handle or long strap and also the mesh so my cat can easily see out three sides and the top. The side pocket is also convenient and I like that it comes with a soft blanket. It's very sturdy for my chonk. I also got compliments on it, it's very cute!

My cat absolutely adores simply relaxing in it, and has spent many hours doing just that. Kept open, it has a tendency to flatten to one side or the other when there is an animal in it, but overall it's reliable with wire ribs at each end. Using it to carry her to the vet was a breeze, and as the top portion opens it was incredibly easy for the vet to lift her out and put her back in without too much stress. Great product!
