We haven't had a problem with it. There are two adjustments screws to limit the movement left and right, which is expected. But, I was surprised that it didn't have the alignment adjustments screw. The old one did. By the way, there was nothing wrong with my old one. It just need cleaning. Back to the new one, we haven't had any problems with it not lining up with the cassette.

I have one connected to my motorized two-stroke bike. And the other one is connected to my electric bike.
I haven't had trouble with either one of these. And it's very easy to adjust the chain so it will not fall into our off the bike.
