This is a life saver for a busy stage or for speakers/singers who like to move around the stage a lot, there is no worry about getting out of range unless you leave the building almost, the multitude of UHF channels means no interference and crystal clear sound not to mention the fact that having 2 microphones will save money in the long run and eliminate that awkward moment of handing the mic back and forth or shoving it in somebodies face. Great for a starting band or for a public speaking event where you will be handing one of the mics around the audience for questions while you have the other mic in your hand and with about 100ft range you can have a productive meeting with professional results. So all things added up for me as far as VALUE + PERFORMANCE + QUALITY + EASE OF USE (for my uses, your experience may vary) this is a great 5 Star device

I bought it couple of weeks back, and found one of its output port (optical) wasn't working. As the speaker in the room only has optical input, i needed it to work.
I had swapped wires and speakers to check, as the 3.5mm port was working well. Other aspects worked seamlessly out of the box, Bluetooth, connectivity, microphones sound etc. So, I reached out to the vendor, and after some troubleshooting attempts via mail, they promptly sent me a properly functioning replacement. Customer service was very prompt and courteous. They were able to provide quick resolution too
