This one of the best drives for pcie4. I have both this drive and wd850x. Both drivers run at very similar speeds and run at similar temperatures. I would recommend putting a heat sink on it because it gets quite hot. The great feature of the P41 is that it will not throttle even if it gets quite hot and it has lower power than other drivers I have used. It is just more efficient.

I got the 2TB version solely to play a heavily modded Skyrim on my laptop. More games will come as I still have plenty of room. I'll also be using it to flash/update software on my car. We'll see if flashing is any faster than my stock SSD.
It works great! 2000+ mods later and its pretty stable. This thing could easily handle more if I had some better hardware. After some extensive hours, the highest temp it hit was 50°C. Read/write speeds blow my stock SSD out of the water as well.
