Easy to install the control cables and is compatible with my late model Force outboard motors. I have a 50hp 1996 and a 70hp not sure what year as the sticker is missing but I believe it's a 1994. Has the power trim and the plug for the tachometer harness. Far cheaper than buying a used unit of unknown condition.

I believe that all of these controls are built in the same place somewhere in China, even the one from Mercury/Quicksilver (compare the photos - both say "Powerop Tec"). I bought this controller from another seller and sent it back because it didn't have the tilt control shown in the photo. This one does, appears to be well made, and the installation instructions are simple, direct, and easy to understand.
