Overall, we were happy with this purchase. There were dozens of kids at our 4th of July party and these didn't disappoint. Some prep work was needed as they were each individually wrapped and also needed to have the plastic tab pulled out to connect the batteries. I think there were a couple that didn't work initially and a few more that stopped working soon after we passed them out, but luckily there was plenty for all the kids. Good value.
