I was trying to replace my T3 Feather Weight that was a total workhorse, but finally died"¦this is a great hair dryer but doesn't control frizz quite as well. I have a lot of fine, long frizz prone hair - and this is fast, light weight and gets very hot if you need it. The cool shot button is super easy to access without looking - no interruption from hot to cool.

Defective out of the box, very disappointed. But I contacted T3 and after sending in some information they allowed me to file a claim and are sending me a new dryer. So happy, these things happen. This is a reputable company, and I am glad that I purchased this brand.

This dries my thick hair super fast. It cut down my drying time by about 40%. Easy to control and hold too. I'm quite happy with the temperature and speed control. My hair looks really healthy after drying too. Only complaint is that my hair sometimes gets trapped between the crack between the dryer and the nozzle.

The cord is heavy-duty and very long, so it is heavy, making the dryer hard to maneuver. Maybe they could offer two cord lengths?? Because the dryer and cord are heavy, I tend to "choke up" on grip handle, and then end up accidentally hitting the "cool" button, as others have mentioned. It just takes training to avoid it and stay low on the handle. The dry on my hair is much less frizzy than my old dryer, so that's good. Also, it's pretty fast. I got it on Prime Day - don't know if i would pay the full price.
