These spice blends offer a great variety of taste and most have no sugar and none have salt. This allows you to add as much or little salt as you want. ingredients are clearly listed so you can see the ones that have sugar added ( only 2 or 3 of them) all are very tasty and diverse so when you are watching what you eat you don't get bored in cooking, low fat, low salt and or low sugar dishes. seems expensive at first but these are nice big bottles of spices that will last a long time!

This is a fantastic herb/spice set. It has everything you can think of and even herbs and spices you might not have even thought about! As i don't have an adequate spice rack, I just used the three boxes that they arrived in,propped up against the wall on a counter top and it looks really cool.
The price works out at around $5 and a few cents for each spice, which is cheaper than buying them individually in a store. I love the fact that I have everything to hand and won't be halfway through a recipe and realize I don't have one of the spices I need. ( yes, it has happened!)

Spices arrived today. I couldn't wait to put them in my new shelf. The bottles look great and are huge! The variety is amazing! I can't wait to try them! I bought the whole kitchen selection. It was pricey, but the bottles are at least 2-2 1/2 times bigger than store bottles or cans. I think it came out to be $5 a bottle which oz for oz is cheaper than the grocery stores. Definitely recommend!
