The texture is so good! These gave me childhood Lender's nostalgia. I tried them toasted with butter, cream cheese with smoked salmon, and as pizza bagels. Absolutely amazing. How did they formulate them to be this tasty, gluten free, and low net carb? I will also mention that you don't want to eat too many in one sitting, unless you want to REALLY 'go' the next day :')
