Bought it for the idea, but not sure I love it

I will outline the things I am not super fond of as the pro's are all laid out in the add.
Set up was quick and simple, but mine won't stand on its feet. I have a Dell projector on it, but the feet won't stay up so it ends up drooping down to the ground. Saving grace is that this gives it a wide stance and decent stability. Downside it primarily rests on the center post so not hard to make it sway and shake my projection image.
It works for what I use it for so not unhappy with it, just wish it were a bit more sturdy. I try to tighten down the screws to hold it in place, but it feels like I may break the plastic or do irreparable damage if I try to secure it so that it holds the way I would prefer.
Like I said, not a huge issue with it, just some negatives I wanted to warn about.

the stands works perfect for my projector. i have it set up in my room holds up pretty well. the only thing is that it could easily fall over if accirdentally bumped into, etc. it could be sturdier but overall it works great.

We got this to hold our portable projector. It is mostly solidly built. The tabletop is heavy duty and I like the foam on it to keep the projector in place. The elastic straps are nice for that too.
I'm not really sure what the point of the pin is that goes in the center pole. It says it's so it doesn't fall down, but I'm not sure how that would happen. The pin falls out easily because there's nothing to retain it in its hole (such as a little retention ball near the end). Also, the chain that goes on it broke right away.
The assembly instructions are confusing. If you want to only use one of the adjustable sections, you have to disassemble the clamp from the end of one pole and put it on the other one that you also have to remove the clamp from.
The feet could be wider too. The description claims it's bottom heavy, but it's not. We didn't have it fall over, but it could have been better.
In the end, we ended up sending it back. It wasn't because it was bad, but in the end, we wanted one with a larger tabletop on it. We got some speakers that plug into our projector and there wasn't room on this stand for them.
