I have a mild case of dry eyes (MGD) and have tried several different drops for both day time (my favorite so far for day use are the Refresh Optive Mega 3 drops), and night time. For the latter I've been using these iVIZIA Eye Gel drops for a week or two and really like them so far. Like other gel drops they're pretty thick so may blur your vision slightly for a brief time after using them, but it's not really an issue - especially if used right before bed. They a very comfortable after applying and my eyes still feel good when I wake up in the morning. The drops do dry out a bit during the night so my lids sometimes seem sort of sealed shut, but again I don't find this to be an issue. The only reason for a 4 star vs 5 review is that the drops are kind of spendy and the quantity in each vial seems skimpy. It is enough for one dose, but little more than that. To be fair, my understanding is they only want you use a vial once and then throw it away, and not try to use for two nights. The drops are preservative free so I assume that using a vial only once should eliminate any concerns with bacterial growth. Recommended.
