Best All-around blade

I have tried most typical attachments- heavy gauge string trimmer, one with the 3 or 4 replaceable plastic blades, circular-saw type multi-toothed blade, and other shapes, and for all around use, this is the best. I'd rented a brush cutter to use at a heavily overgrown property in Maine that had a triangular blade like this on it, and was very impressed at the variety of vegetation it cut through. Finally got one for my home unit- a Honda 4 stroke brush cutter, and it works great.
Nothing beats a string trimmer head for grass, but for mixed usage, anything from grasses to mixed in woody growth, brush, etc- this goes through it all. I liked the type with the replaceable plastic arms, but this works even better, and those plastic blades don't last very long.
I have a recently purchased "chainsaw toothed blade" that works great for saplings and small trees up to 3"-4", but for anything less- woody shrubs, field grass, and in between- this works great. And I like the fact you can turn it over, and ultimately re-sharpen it as needed.
Having a string trimmer head, and these triangular blades would take care of most anything.... and if you had saplings and small trees, a saw toothed blade of some sort, would cover everything.

This blade is a beast! It cut through brush with little effort. The only thing is that the nut that came in the package wast to big for my STHL. Luckily I had one from another attachment that fit. The blade is the best I have used out of all that I have tried.

Does not come with assembly instructions. Was eventually able to puzzle the pieces together to install it but it took a herculean effort to put the plastic filled nut on, had to jam it in between 2 fence posts and use a 18" breaker bar to screw the damn thing together broke the locking pin for my weed eater 3 times fortunately i have more. Works great on heavy weeds and light twigs, would put you in the hospital if it so much as grazed your leg so be super careful.
