Very easy to set up and take down. I wanted the backpack straps for carrying so my hands could be free. Also wanted the bleacher hook because two of the stadiums we go to have backless bleachers. I sometimes like to not have the arms in place and you can set this one up either way. The orange color is more attractive than it looks on the screen. Now we are all set for games and graduations.
