The lift chair works well, and is less scary for the patient than one that dangles you from above.
One issue with the chair is that it is a bit narrow for a 195 lb. male, but it still works.
Another issue we had is that it did not come with any instruction manual on how to put it together and how to use it! Luckily I found an easy video online that explained the relatively simple process.

I love love love this!!!!! It's a great help to get my husband out of bed to anywhere I need him. Only thing I don't care for is that the bottle of the pole isn't attached to anything but I guess it's okay cause it's easily detached to transport if I need to take it some where. But other than that, I give this 5 stars since it's going to make my life easier and it was so easy to put together. 100% recommend to caretakers so they don't put their back at risk trying to lift and transport their loved ones from one place to another.

So I received the lift much sooner than expected which is very good and I am very happy about that.
There are scratches on the parts, the bag where the screws came in was already cut open and taped. The company was quick to issue me a credit due to mishandling of the product. Also, there were no instructions on how to build the lift"¦ there is a video but there is no sound to it. It is simple enough to follow pausing the video at each step. Once complete there are extra parts. Which I think is if you want to build it permanently or have it so that you can easily take it apart for automobile transfers. One this I wish it had was padding for the bar along the back.

The machine is a good product because is smooth and some way practical. However, for American marquet it has many chalanges. This model is practically designed for an Asian field, by size. Yes the advertisement said 330 Pound, but is not consideration for the full-width. I mean America width. The width of the lower legs does not matches the with for American recliner chair as example, but of you are less of 200 puns is going to work for you perfect. It is a good concept, but not realistic to american reality that is big sizes. The seller is very easy to work with it, and replays quickly.

As someone who checks reviews regularly before major purchases, I appreciate when others share. This lift assist device was a necessity because my mom had back surgery and is a bit too heavy for everyday 2 person lifting. We ordered it a week before she came home & it arrived the day after she came home (perfect timing). It was rather easy to put together and the wheels & crank worked well. It takes a bit of practice in placing the seat (under a heavier person....230 lbs) but once in place, the buckets easily clicked in place and can be loosened or tighted as needed. Then the crank does the hard work! I liked that the base could be widened or narrowed (bathroom opening only 24 inches) as needed. Because of this lift, my mom finally used a shower and toilet for the first time in months. Longevity of the lift is still to be determined but so far so good!
