It does rock, which is great! Adjustable, but not that much.

Overall, it's a good product and I do not regret buying it - definitely an improvement over my previous fixed kneeling chair or my traditional chairs. I already feel it improved my posture and is helping me keep my core active, which is also a wonderful benefit. Another positive aspect is that the chair looks really good.
There are a few things that could be improved, though:
- The cushion foams lose their shape rather quickly, and are a bit tough, so you get some discomfort after sitting for a few hours. My recommendation would be to apply a higher density to preserve the shape and a softer comfort layer on the top.
- While the manufacturer state the chair has an adjustable height, it is not quite that. For a kneeling chair, the angles between the knee pads and the seating pad are very important, and there is no way to adjust the height without altering the different angles, so I am currently using the chair at a height that is inadequate for me because if I try adjusting the height, I lose the right angle that brings me the comfort and ergonomy I need. I had the chair delivered to Brazil, if that was not the case, I'd probably return it and pursue a different alternative. Instead, I'm probably gonna drill some extra roles myself to allow the level of adjustment I need.

Love this chair so much and thank you for all the lovely gifts, The book is stunning and so wonderfully appropriate as I work at sea!
Hopefully you will have many more orders as so many people are trying it out and love it too. It's ergonomic, so good for hip alignment, blood flow and my posture.

This chair might just be a winner...

I bought this chair because the Fortune 500 big tech overlords for whom I work decided it would save the company a bunch of money on rent if workers would just permanently stay home and work remotely. This left me with a mediocre chair at home suddenly becoming the chair that I sat in for 9 continuous hours of work. Back and neck problems naturally became part of my life in the following months. One option was to go ahead and buy one of the $1000+ ergo chairs that we used to have in the office, but that would also require the purchase of an adjustable height desk for around the same amount of money.
I have the same cheap taste in furniture (IKEA) as whoever made the ad campaign or this chair. Seeing the familiar white desk in the ad, I decided to try out this new chair concept.
I sit on this thing for an hour at a time, and then I get up to stretch. So far, no knee pain.
-Be sure to use all of the adjustment features until you find a setting that you like.
-The chair seems more comfortable when you rest your knees on the lower pad versus trying to rest your shins there.
-The rocking motion is perhaps this chairs best feature.
-The chair sits slightly higher than a standard office chair, so...
-To take full advantage of this chair, without messing up your neck, I highly recommend getting a monitor arm that allows you to raise the height of your monitor.
-Thus far the cushions have been quite decent, though I am not sure how they will stand up over time.
I am 185cm tall (6'1"). The IKEA desk in the photos stands about 70cm high. In order for my monitor to be directly in front of my face (so that I do not have to look down at it, causing neck pain) I had to raise the monitor to a height where the bottom of the monitor is 35cm above the desk surface.
In short, if you are a taller person, this chair will put you at a height that is higher than a normal chair on a normal setting might. You'll need to compensate for that unless you plan on straining your neck to look downwards at your notebook or monitor.
If you have using this chair to do non-computer work, such as studying, you won't have to worry about this.
As mentioned by other reviewers, the assembly instructions are extremely basic. However the pamphlet has a QR code on it, which you can scan using your cellphone's camera, and which will lead you to an assembly video. If you are the type of person who has difficulty with elementary level geometric puzzles, I suggest watching the assembly video.
The average person will obviously find this chair to be less comfortable than an expensive gaming chair or ergo office chair, but comfort isn't the goal with this chair. Therefor, if you are a parent trying to limit your kids PC times, this chair might actually help with that. Likewise if you are a person trying to cut back on PC screen time, you might want to buy this chair. After a long day of sitting up in the correct posture, I want nothing more than to go sit on the sofa, away from the PC, and if that makes sense to you then this chair just might be a winner.

Update after 10 days of continuous use: Experiencing knee pain at this time. Back pain from previous office chair has been reduced, probably thanks to this chair. Knee pain for the first time in my life, so the point where it hinders my daily walks/jogs. I recommend this chair for short term use only, with a suitably high desk. Slight abdominal burn after using it for a week, thanks to boredom and the chair's ability to rock back and forth. A nice mini abdominal workout.

Sitting at my desk for 8-9 hours a day even with additional padding, my butt and my legs started hurting. My left leg actually becomes numb and painful. After researching ergonomic chairs for hours, I decided to order the NYPOT Ergonomic chair. I thought that getting the pressure off my back and butt would help ease the pain. There were so many kneeling chairs, it was hard to decide which one to purchase until I saw the NYPOT chair. I liked the fact that I could adjust the tilt of the chair, it rocks, and it wiggles. I did not see these features altogether in any other chairs. I am so glad that I chose this chair. It is very comfortable and very well built. It was very easy to put together and the seller offers a video to follow to make the assembly easier. Took me about 10 minutes to put together. I'm sure that using any one chair for a prolonged time would cause pain. I plan on using the NYPOT chair and my regular desk chair together. Really love this chair!! Also, I was very surprised and pleased that the seller sent a "Special Gift" of a very nice looking journal, a wooden pen, and a wooden phone holder. What a way to show appreciation for purchasing their product!! It's a few dollars more than some other kneeling chairs, but it's well worth the price in it's quality. Follow up after 1week of using the chair: still love it. As other reviewers mentioned, my shins were a bit sore after about an hour or two. I don't lean on anything against my shin so it wasn't a surprise. I had an extra foam pillow so I cushioned my shin and no more pain! Can also adjust the height so try different settings. I love the rocking and wiggling feature to loosen my back. It really helps.
I love my chair!

I love this chair. It lets me sit more naturally in the same position I was sitting on my regular chair... on the edge of my seat with my feet tucked under me. The only time it is uncomforatble is when I absentmindedly cross my legs at my ankle under me. If I do that for too long, it can bother my shins. It may just need to be adjusted. Also, the chair feels a little... not flimsy... but not as sturdy as I would like. Also, if you roll around in your chair alot, this chair may not be ideal for you. You can't just roll around. For me, it's a great chair, but I could see where it wouldn't be for everyone. I would recommend this to someone that habitually sits on the edge of their seat with their feet tucked under.
