I am a 69 year old female and this is the first faucet I have installed. I have one suggestion - the water lines need to be about 6 inches longer. Since I replaced a 30 year old faucet with this one - the water lines connected to 6 inches of copper piping - so the water lines to this faucet required that I purchase additional line with couplings ect. to make it work. The instructions were also not very informative - but I did get it installed with no leaks and it is beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful, stylish upgrade to my washroom. Reasonably easy to install. Proprietary supply lines makes switching out supply lines impossible. Instead of just replacing the supply lines, I had to replace my 1/2" cut off valves with 3/8" cut off vales because this unit came with 3/8" lines. In black the drain only comes with non-overflow drain piece. Nowhere in the description was this mentioned. It is a bit louder than my previous faucet, but I'm ok with that. One last downside: At low pressure or when you turn it off water clings to the underside of the glass and splatters down the body of the unit. This requires wiping it down after use to keep it looking good. Over all I recommend this unit. Just be aware of it's shortcomings.

What a good-looking faucet. It's oversized in comparison to virtually everything else, but beautiful. By design (no aerator) this flows so much more water than you are used to. I do have one high-priority issue, at least for me, I do NOT like that the hoses cannot be tightened with any sort of tool, relying strictly on your hands and 2 small o-rings to prevent any leakage, I would strongly suggest extending the connection inside the body to accommodate tool tightening . Lastly, please give more downward curve to the leading edge. This will allow the dregs of the water to continue into the sink rather than pooling on the underside of it as it does now.
