Love this a lot more than my old Mr Coffee tea maker. Easy to clean. Only draw back is lots of condensation when you open the lid and it can drip back down into the tank or pitcher. I dry off with a paper towel and leave the lid up for a little while after making tea. Otherwise, love it!

For the most part this is a very good tea maker. It has a glass pitcher. Easy access for placing the tea bags and water. The main draw back is the size of the water tank. The water tank only hold 32oz of water. The glass pitcher hold 96oz of water. I put 2 family size tea bags in the tea bag holder. This is enough for 64oz of tea. More if you don't like strong tea. I pour in 32oz of water and wait for that to empty from the water tank and then add 32oz more water and press the on button again to get my 64oz of tea. Not great but not terrible. The tea taste good in my opinion. The manufacturer also says it will make coffee. Technically this is true. What it doesn't do is keep the coffee warm after it's been made. If you want cold/ice coffee this will do just fine

My old iced tea maker was plastic and all stained up so I never let it sit out on the counter. I love that this is a glass craft although I am worried about breaking it. It's a nice size so I can leave it out. I thought I would have to do some adjusting to make a good craft of tea. But got it right on the first try. It's easy to clean. My only cons would be you can't read the numbers on the craft unless you have the t already in it because they're white.
