Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow chili oil is my favorite. I'm allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, so I have to avoid most popular chili oils and crisps. I love adding this oil to dishes of all kinds, from using the chilis pieces to marinate meat and tofu steaks to using the oil to give dishes a little heat. I've even added this to a cold sesame noodle dish, and I love the combination of spicy and cold flavors. The item arrived on time and was packaged very well (glass jars). Thanks, Thai Pantry!

The containers are completely sealed, so nothing can get out or in. It doesn't expire for 9 months. I received the same product from another seller, and it had been expired almost 2 years when I received it. You get 3 for the price of 2. Great deal! I received it a couple of days before promised.
