We bought a few of these books for our Girl Scout vision board party. We used this version for the high school girls and they really enjoyed the photos, captions and other illustrations and the best part is, everyone in the book looked like them!!! A few of the parents were so impressed that they stayed to create their own boards as well!!

I give this product a 4 star not because the product it's self is flawed but because there was no Bible, Church, symbols of people praying. We all know that the Christian church has be the bedrock of the Black American experience. Please add those symbols in your next issue. An idea is for a youth vision board book. (My high schooler just made a vision board this past weekend with the Black Students' Unions group. It was hard for them to find enough magazines to cut from for their project. Additionally, there are very few images for young black men.) Awesome concept and great labels.
