On the one hand it's difficult to tell if this device is doing anything. There are no switches or LEDs to indicate that its engaged. On the other I am using it inside my refrigerator but is it making a difference?
The device is attractive and well made, but I can't tell if it's functional or only decorative. I can't read the instructional pamphlet because the type is microscopic even when using a magnifying device.

I purchased this item last August and thought I hit the jackpot! I moved into a brand new apartment, all brand new appliances, the first tenant in a brand new bldg. After about 10 months, my fridge smelt like rotten meat, even AFTER I throughly clean ever surface with baking soda and vinegar, so I purchased this deorant device and within 3 days the smell was COMPLETELY gone. Now, the smell is back (after 10 mos) so I'm forced to order another deorant for my fridge. It last longer than baking soda which did absolutely nothing, but I was hoping for a longer life span from this expensive device. But unlike a lot of these reviews, I did get positive results and is willing to repurchase again as I definitely can't tolerate the odor. Had it lasted longer, I would've rated 5 stars.

Bought our first one 6 months ago, this thing saved us 10k. Our 20 year old GE Monagram freezer and ice stunk bad, wife was insisting on new refrigerator cleaned multiple times new baking soda many times.
