I purchased these to make my own yogurt bars. The color is perfect and the process of assembling them is easy. The most difficult thing I find is removing the frozen pops from the holder. Even though the mold is flexible, the bars don't pop out. I found you have to use warm/hot water to help remove them from the molds.
