I just installed this today.
I have a heavy duty house but I'm confident that this will be able to support the weight.
But, the screws provided with this appear inadequate for the job, especially if your home has siding (shingles).
I had to slightly drill out the mounting holes and used long lag bolts to affix it.

It is very sturdy and yet is small compared to others. The only issue I have with it is that the middle screw hole is hard to align with a screw gun. The zinc phillips head screw quickly rounded out. An easy fix was to change to a star head deck screw. Again, this small detail didn't stop me from ordering more.

This product is good. I attached it to a tree in my yard and it supports heavy rubber hosing. What I didn't like was that the screws that come with it are soft and strip easily. So make sure you are mounting it in the right spot so you won't have to remove the screws as I did. When I tried, one screw stripped quickly and I had to saw it off. My advice is to drill a small hole where you want to attach it as this makes it easier to both install and remove any screws.

Placed this in my front yard and it's holding up really well. It has not rusted and it is great quality. It was pretty easy to put up, I found a stud in the garage and just drilled two holes. I love the simplicity of it & easy to put back.
