The equipment comes in handy if you're training on the go. It's easy to carry around. I use the cones and the ladder the most for drills. The quality of the bands and equipment is good, but probably not meant for heavy daily use.

I was looking for something new to change up my exercise routine and loved the idea of an agility ladder, but then this set came with even more than just a ladder! The ladder itself is a good start because it can be staked to the ground, but then everything else that comes with this set is a big bonus! The cones are helpful for running and control drills, the parachute is great for resistance training, there are resistance bands and a jump rope too! Another great feature is that is can all fit in an easy to carry bag, so if I want to take my work out to a park or try it at a different location (park district fields, neighborhood park, school ground, practice fields etc) it's easy to get a wide variety in an easy to carry pack. All the different pieces are holding up to some fairly heavy use, especially since sometimes I have the kids running through the drills too. It's a great set to have!
