I make quilts in all sizes. I bought this coverlet for a lightweight cover to showcase my smaller quilts on my bed. It's perfect.

My husband sleeps hot and I sleep cool.. this is lightweight enough to keep him from sweating and provides me with enough warmth to keep from freezing. I washed it immediately before placing on my bed and it washed very well. No rips or stains.. it was soft before I washed it and was super soft afterwards. Great sizing as it hangs off the sides of the bed. I purchased the natural color and it was perfect. I 10/10 would recommend this product and plan to purchase more for all the other rooms in the house. I don't think you will regret this purchase, well worth every penny

After reading the many great reviews about these quilt sets, I ordered two sets. The quilts did not disappoint. They are well made, soft, the color was exactly as shown in the description and the price was better than other companies. They were also packed extremely well; the quilt set was wrapped in an air tight thick plastic placed inside a box and placed inside another Amazon box. I would highly recommend this company's quilt set. I am very pleased.

I tried waaaayyy too many comforters and quilts to go over the thin blanket on my bed for when I want to be a little warmer, and too often you end up smothered with heat. This 100% cotton quilt is the perfect weight, light but substantial, and breathes so well I almost never find myself trapped in a bubble of heat.

Cotton quilts and comforters can often feel a little rough, especially 100% cotton, no blend. This quilt, however, is beautifully soft and smooth and has only gotten softer with washing. I was honestly shocked by how soft it turned out to be, almost comparable to my beloved bamboo lightweight blankets. You climb in bed and almost just want to pet it as you drift off, it's so nice.

The stitching is high quality and the King size is actually what it says it is. I gave a queen bed but always buy king blankets for full coverage, and this one absolutely covers my entire bed with draping on the sides and end. It's pretty dang big, really, but still manages to go in my definitely-not-large washing machine without issue. This machine has an agitator, and i often stick more delicate blankets in big zippered laundry bags to wash to protect them from tears and pulls, but it's frankly not been necessary for this quilt. I just dump it in, pour detergent, and go.

If you have pets, the weave of this quilt is so close and smooth that my cat has been luxuriating on it for months now and you'd be hard-pressed to locate an obvious prick from her claws. And because it's so smooth and tightly woven, it doesn't get strands of fur trapped between the fibers, so a quick few swipes of a lint roller erases the evidence of her decadent languishing (and the sticky-tape lint roller I use doesn't pull up fuzz or fray threads from the smooth surface, either.)

Highly recommend to keep you cozy but not overheated at night and wrapped in extremely touchable softness that will last for years.

I ordered the king size for my antique full size bed since it sits up higher than most. I wanted the bedspread to cover the mattress and box spring. It looks exactly as I wanted. I trimmed the king size shams to fit regular pillows. The bedspread is stitched nicely and is very light and soft. It is not long enough to cover the pillows though and that's the only reason for a 4 rather than 5 rating.
