I have used this flea and tick product to prevent my dog from having fleas or ticks. I have not had a problem with him having either one. He must love the taste because I have no problem getting him to take them. I think the smell is not really to my liking, but doesn't seem to bother him.. I would recommend this product.

My dogs take them eagerly. I like the fact that they naturally deter fleas and ticks without using harmful chemicals on them more than necessary. I think they do a very good job. That saying, in very heavy flea and tick season, which is one or two months a year, I do use a topical from Amazon as well. Other than that, this is all year round flea treatment that works very well. Plus I do believe that the added B vitamins flaxseed in brewer's yeast are helpful to my pets and beneficial.

For some reason the fleas this year have been astronomical! We have tried everything and then some! I saw this and decided to give it a try, because it was a more natural product. My dog loves the flavor, had no problem getting him to eat them. And maybe it was a placebo effect, but I swear within an hour, he was already not scratching as much. These have definitely helped our infestation some. He's no longer scratching until he's bleeding. However, he still has fleas and is still scratching. So while it has helped, it has not ended our problem. Really wish it worked even a little more better, so that my poor dog could get some relief.
