I'm a side sleeper and I snore a lot. This pillow me way better sleep and I don't hurt my shoulder as much because I don't always have to sleep on my sides and I'm snoring less. Great firm memory pillow I recommend!

Before I began using orthopedic pillows, I suffered for several days at a time from painful neck/shoulder spasms about once a month. I began using another brand of "wave" pillow years ago and these monthly spells abated. It took a few tries to get used to that pillow, but it reformed me from being a stomach sleeper.

Fast forward some years and I'm experiencing increasing shoulder pain. I notice with my old wave pillow that I experience downward (towards my feet) pressure on my shoulders when lying on my back.

I chose this new pillow because it has cutouts to provide more space for my shoulders. When I'm lying on my back, there is no downward pressure on my shoulders. It is a moderate improvement over my previous pillow and a huge improvement over regular pillows. This pillow has a depression in the middle of the pillow for my head, yet the ends of the pillow are not sloped toward the middle. I can still roll onto my side without feeling like I'm being pushed onto my back.

The only downside for me is that my pillow MUST go with me when I travel. It is a large item and requires a larger suitcase to carry along with all my other belongings. This often necessitates that I check my bag when flying. It's worth it to be functional when traveling!

I have been searching for a new pillow for some time; & have tried many different types costing a little to a lot. I've done a lot of reading & research to find a pillow that helps with my neck & spine problems.
So far, I've only been able to find a really expensive Tempur-Pedic contour pillow, which works some of the time. It's ok, but I have to keep flipping it around when sleeping on my back or side. It's a little annoying. When I saw this pillow, it sounded it might just work; so I thought I would give it a try.
I like how it cradles my head while accommodating my neck & shoulders when laying/sleeping on my back. I also like how the ends are designed to accommodate my shoulders when sleeping on my side. The height of the pillow on the sides are higher for my neck & there's a curved angle underneath for my shoulders. It makes it much more comfortable for side sleeping, which has always been an issue with any pillow I've tried. I really like this design feature a lot. It's also supposed to be comfortable for stomach sleepers, but I wouldn't know since that sleep position puts way too much pressure & strain on my neck/back.
I've been using the pillow for about a month now & so far it seems to be working pretty well. I tend to sleep mostly on my side, but end up rolling onto my back during the night for a short time. I also realize that memory foam seems to work best for me as it is contoured to fit my head/ neck/shoulders providing more support without being too soft or firm. This pillow does a good job at this. It is pretty comfortable, holds it shape well, & stays cool too. I don't find myself getting overheated, & I don't wake up with a sore neck as much as I do with some other pillows.
However, the pillow is slightly lower than I would prefer; but when I registered the pillow for the warranty, I had the option to receive an insert. It takes a week or so to get it; but after receiving it, I was able to put the insert in the pillow with no problems. With the insert in, it raises the height of the pillow about a 1/2 inch or so. It also raises the center of the pillow a little too much for me. Because of this, I had to remove the center memory foam cut out (shaped like a football) which sits in the middle of the pillow. It helps to lower the center a part so it's more comfortable when sleeping on my back. The insert was very helpful and makes the pillow much more comfortable for me.
I do wish the pillow was a little longer, though, since the ends of the pillow are little short when side sleeping. It's a standard sized pillow (which makes it a little short (length wise)); & it would have been nice if it was made in a Queen or even a King size. I also wish it flared a little on the ends which raises my arm a bit to rest comfortably when sleeping on my side. (Side sleepers will know what I mean by that.)
Overall, I really like the pillow & the design works well. I would recommend the pillow for those who are back & side sleepers. I'm sure it works for stomach sleepers too. It may not be for everyone; but the design does work...at least for me. :D

I am very happy with this pillow. I have neck pain, see a chiro regularly. This helped me relax my neck and shoulders while I sleep, because it supports the head and makes the natural curve in the neck. It also "trains" you to sleep on your back (which is best for your neck), because it's uncomfortable to sleep on this pillow any other way.
There is also a removable insert in the middle. When I took that out my head kinda sunk into the perfect sleeping position.

I have had this pillow for exactly a year now. I am a stomach sleeper so it's hard for me to find a pillow that's just right. I did reach out for the additional insert for the pillow and that addition made it perfect. I am circling back to purchase another one due to this one JUST loosing its fluff. I tried to purchase another adjustable pillow and it fell flat.
