All went well until putting it together . This a rampant part buying items that need to be put together . I never get the "screws , nails or anything in the amount that is needed to be used to put together. Always having to get in touch w/ sellers . Not just Amazon but all of them . It takes away the excitement of getting the item , because now you have to drop everything and go on line . Find the seller and try to explain what you need in print. No company is above this. Missings parts ,missing screws . You just have to imagine what else can go wrong with instructions that don't make any sense , so your left for hrs doing your best. I had to go to Home dpt and rummage with the all the screws to find the right ones. Man o man can really be a pain . Yes all the sellers are touting this great Customer service they have , great until you have to call them . Once they got your cash forget . Other than that I like the product. easy enough putting it together. Let's see how long that lasts. OVER

This is a good product overall. I like that it has low profile wheels and slides easily under my bed. Super easy to adjust and clean. Surface of the tray is durable. My only complaint is that the tray wiggles and doesn't fit tightly into the stand.

I got this to use as a bedside table after our new adjustable bed made the existing bedside table unreachable when the bed is up. It works just as I had hoped. The wheels roll great on my hard wood floor. Its easy to adjust the height up and down. Assembly was easy. Just a few screws.

Want to replace my old Ikea side table with a adjustable and stable one, found this product and glad I made a good decision.
Pros:
- very good quality, the metal legs and the desktop are good quality materials
- the adjustment is smooth, unlike one I have tried which is hard to raise.
- sample installation, just a couple of screw. Nowadays it is plus!
- heavy duty!
Cons:
- when I was looking at the product pictures, for a moment I thought it is a electric adjustable table
- the side leg takes a little more space
This is my second product from this brand, I start liking their products, good quality stuff.
