Our baby loved watching the fish and trying to catch them as they moved around. The only down side was that after awhile, the water got to cold. You need to change the water after each tummy time for them to enjoy it.

We got this to try to convince our baby that tummy time can be fun (he still refuses to believe us).
It was super easy to inflate and fill with water. The directions recommend adding a bit of white vinegar to prevent mold/algae, so we did that too.
Our son still refused to use it for tummy time, BUT he does very much enjoy standing on it and stomping on the little creatures floating around. They're just little thin foam cutouts, but they move around and he likes it.
We did notice after about 2 months that there were "floaties" in the water that looked like semi-transparent bits of toilet paper (that's the best way to describe it, I swear). We thought it was just bubbles at first, but then there were more. We emptied it (it didn't smell), and refilled it, and problem solved!
It's withstood a fair amount of stomping and poking, and even a little nibble or two, and still going strong after about 4 months of use!
