This product was the missing link in my gut health protocol. When I started using this, the bifido bacteria became much more effective, bloating finally stopped for good. I feel better after taking the first month but I bought a second bottle whcih I'm taking for another month as maintenance.
If you take digestive enzymes make sure this is kept far away from enzymes - it's a protein, so it can be digested. I found it to be most effective when taken right before bed or immediately upon waking (alongside a morning dose of bifido bacteria)
