I've spent many years setting up tents, threading poles, pounding in spikes and tightening guy lines. So imagine the look on my face when you literally just threw this thing in the air and it pops up a full complete huge tent.

It's nuts. And it's a decent tent. The stitching is well-made the fabric is sturdy and all it all once you're in it you would think you're in an actual real tent that somebody had to put up. But I don't know what twisted brains out this thing up on me considering it had to be aliens or somebody really sick and tired of having to put up tents.

And the only reason this didn't get a five star review is probably because I'm old and a bit slow but I'm having a lot of difficulty putting this up. Maybe after some practice I'll get good at it or maybe I'm just really stupid. But the folding it back is a lot more difficult than tossing it up and that's for sure.

The other thing is it really doesn't compact down the way a normal tent would. You're not gonna strap this on my backpack you're gonna keep it in the car for car camping and such. It's compact but it's like a giant 4 foot circular reflector bag that a photographer would use. It doesn't make a tight roll that you can strap to the top or bottom of a backpack. If you put this on your backpack you would look like you had semi circular wings.

Still wet an awesome thing to take car camping with you or a trip to the beach or something. Brilliant idea. I do have some reflectors for photography that work on the same principle but that's just a flat background or reflector piece. This is an entire tit the twists up into a relatively small circle. I have popup coleman my son is taking over and was looking for something bigger for me and youngest. Setup in backyard and it is bigger. Setup was easy just open it, the layout was great, but not 6 people great, it is bigger then 4 person popup coleman. Not sure about the ground vent looks like it would leak or trap stuff under tent, i will be using groung tarp for it on first trip but have to try it, hot stuffy tent is not great but preferred to wet water filled one.

So, first and foremost, there is no way six people are fitting in this tent. Maybe six kids or teenagers, but that would be pushing it. Aside from that this tent is actually pretty nice. It holds up well in the rain and is easy to put up. Getting it put back down and in the bag is a little difficult at first but once you get it you got it. The extra space I assume they thought was going to fit people is very useful for your shoes and whatever you need to camp with. We would recommend this tent.

This tent has thin flexible frame built in that folds onto itself and can be stored as a flat circle. It takes some getting used to to fold it down but I have some other similar beach tents and fabric Frisbees that fold down in the same manner so it was familiar enough to not take forever to fold down.
It pops up instantly because it wants to be in the open position. It has a door on either end with a window on each of the remaining two sides.
The doors have a solid flap to the outside with a screen flap on the inside as well. The zippers are easy to open and close.
Beyond each door there's a trabsition like area for storage or shoes. Beyond that is one center area that is separated from each of the entry rooms by another zipper door on either end. The center section seems to be the main sleeping area which can fit two adults comfortably. The only concern I have with the center area is that the windows open from the outside so it's possible that while you're sleeping, or away, anyone could come up to the tent and open the window to the center part and peek inside.
Overall this is a big lightweight tent that's easy to pop up and stores flat, I just wish the windows would open from the inside and that the sleeping area was bigger with either a smaller entry area or none at all.

This is a really nice tent that's super easy to put up. Taking it back down is a bit more of a challenge but not any more so than any other rent we've had. And once you figure out what to do, it's not so bad. Even with lots of rain, we had no issues. I'm really happy. It's very comfy for two adults and one or two kids but I wouldn't put six adults in here unless you absolutely have to and like to cuddle.
