I have four of these incubators, and I love them! They are easy to clean, and the functions are easy to change out"¦ my Hatch rate has been amazing and I have noticed they sell out quick because they are well worth the money. I had an issue with one of my incubators and I contacted the company and they replaced the incubator and reimburse me for the eggs. If you can snatch, one of these definitely do.

UPDATE: SUCCESS!! This incubator was the easiest to maintain and worked perfectly. All 7 eggs hatched! All the babies made with one needing a little help but still made it! I definetly recommend this unit. Clean up was pretty easy and can't wait to use it again!
What a game changer!! I was struggling so bad with my first incubator of a different brand that when it started to sound like my jeep with an exhaust leak at the block on day 13 of my first 7 eggs, I panicked.. I struggled with both temp and humidity, odd noises and so on. I took a chance on this.. I only got it today on day 15, ran it for a few hours, spot on temp and easy to regulate humidity for those few hours, I moved my eggs to this taking a chance because I am pretty sure the other incubator won't make it to hatching, and all 7 eggs are viable at this time.. Even though it's early, and only running for about 7 hours now, it has regulated and stayed consistent. Easy to regulate the humidity and QUIET!! It turned the eggs on que and it has stayed steady. Did I mention the temp and humidity stayed steady and with a liquid thermometer ACCURATE!! I am beside myself right now and see there is hope that these mere 7 eggs will make it!! I will update if there is success. Right now, I am SO impressed with this incubator! It just may have saved 7 little lives!! With ease!! To be continued....

This incubator is designed similarly to the NR 360, but with improvement. It holds lots of eggs, especially if you're hatching bantams, has very accurate temp and humidity readings, and it's clear dome top makes viewing the the entire process very easy. The built in candler works great due to the black motor top blocking out any leakage of light. The turners are easily removed if you're into stack hatching. The lid is easily lifted off and then replaced without having to fumble for the perfect fit like other brands. The ports for adding water are easily accessed on the outside without even opening the incubator. The auto turner rotates the eggs every hour, but that's the factory setting and it's adjustable if you feel they need more or less turning. Of all the incubators I've tried, this one has the highest hatch rate following manufacturer settings. Most brands require a lot of tweaking because of misreading to get a decent hatch rate. This one seems to be pretty close to perfect. 95% hatch rate so far. I started with a NR 360, and I'm so glad I tried this one, because it's much better. I will buy more as I expand my business.

I understand different eggs, chickens, climates, etc will have different results but my hatch rate was only about 50% with proven fertilized egg layers. I found the auto turners great but found it difficult to keep the temp and water correct. Not sure if that was all my house and climate or the item, but there was days I would have to fill water 2x and other times could wait 2-3 days. That made it difficult to leave the house for more than a half a day for 23 days. Will hatch more this month and update review with any relevant changes.

This is my first time using an incubator. As another reviewer mentioned, during shipping the rotating egg trays were not secured with cardboard very well inside of the box and i had a few scratches on my acrylic cover. I contacted customer service and they made things right.

The booklet included had clear instructions, and the temperature stayed consistent. I did have to monitor the humidity and vent, but finally got that figured out. During the incubating time, the crazy weather knocked out the power twice for a few hours, and had me freaking out about my eggs. I covered the incubator with a towel until the power came back on (3 hrs later), and the incubator didn't take long to get back to doing it's job.

The egg auto turn feature is nice, as well as the countdown to lockdown day feature. The display will let you know on day 18 that the auto turn is off so that you need to remove the egg trays. Then you remove the grey plug on the second reservoir and add water and open the vent fully to raise the humidity for the next 3 days.

The built in candling feature works great, as I used it later to make sure that the chicks were still developing in their shells. 21 days later, I had 10 fluffy babies chirping inside of the unit.

The inside was easy to clean, next time i would probably use distilled water to prevent hard water buildup (as I have well water here.) Make sure not to get the motor wet. I also wiped the insides down with some Lysol disinfectant wipes and let the parts air dry.

I would highly recommend this product, it's easy to use and gives great results!
