Product looks as it does in description. Easy to refold and store. I found it to be a sturdy product and holds quite a bit of groceries. It keeps food cool for a reasonable amount of time. It serves the purpose I needed which was to keep cold groceries cool on the way home. It could also be used to keep foods cool for a day trip or something of that sort with the addition of some ice packs and such. I am very happy with the purchase and would purchase again. I am a catering delivery driver and I've ordered this bag not once but twice and love them both! I will be getting more in the coming weeks. My only complaint is the one I ordered in the fall was fully purple (edging, straps, and all) and the one I got in May 2024 is fully purple EXCEPT the parts listed above are black, these don't effect the ability to use the bags but I wanted them to match :/ . I'll be interested to see which of the two options I get next order

It can easily fit a medium size pizza box with ample room for drinks. Very durable and well made. Keeps hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Zipper is quality. It's easy to fold and store. The insulation is great. Wish there was a divider to separate foods but other then that I am very happy with this purchase.
