I always dreaded having to brush my retainers every night. By that time I am usually very tired and just want to brush my teeth, wash my face and go to bed. Cleaning my retainers always felt like a chore. But now i just pop them in here while I'm doing my nightly routine and they are sparkly clean and ready to be worn in just a few minutes! It's truly amazing how clear and clean they are; all the brushing could not clean them nearly as good as this thing does. Just make sure to rinse it out and wipe out the water after each use. I love this thing!!

UPDATE- seller was very responsive to my review. They have offered to send a new item and refund me for the faulty item. They were great communicating their apologies, and trying to make it right by sending another since they are constantly working to upgrade, work out any issues, and keep producing quality items. I'll update again once the item is received.

Update: My Voraiya ultra sonic cleaner didn't even last three months. It is now completely dead. Does not turn on at all and I can't return it to Amazon cause it's past the return date, so I'm back to brushing my aligners. What a waste of money!!
I bought this two months ago and like how it cleans my aligners but... it's broken already. It turns on by its self and does not turn off. Also the vibration portion is not working anymore.

My cleaner was working great for about four months and all of a sudden stopped working. The machine will not turn on at all anymore! I have contacted their customer service email and website customer inquiry THREE times with NO RESPONSE regarding their 12 month free replacement warranty. Purchase with caution, as it seems this is a common occurrence with this device.
EDIT: the seller reached out and offered a full refund or a new updated sonic cleaner to replace my broken one. The seller was prompt to send a new device and it is working well. Changed the review from one to four stars for customer service and replacement of defective item.

I got for a set of dentures and I can say I does works, you can see it work if you remove the cap, the UV light doesn't work without the cap but if you're unsure it works you can see it for yourself! Also they provide a UV reading card to check if the light is working and I tried it outside to be sure it wasn't a scheme and it worked well in sunlight and with the cleaner's light, so that won me over, it's not silent but the sound it's very minimal, if you have a foreo I'd comparable to that sound, love it and will recommend :)
