Excellent machine. Impressive gluten free bread that does not sucks. Please ignore their recipes because they are useless. If you want to bake the best gluten free ever"¦. Do this instead:
Pour all wet ingredient in the machine first, followed by the dry ingredients. Select program 6 and 750 grams, start. Come back in 3 hours.
Follow this:
"¢ 1 cup of milk
"¢ 4 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
"¢ 4 large eggs
"¢ 3 cups and 3 tablespoons of gluten-free flour (King Arthur is best)
"¢ 1 and 1/4 teaspoon salt
"¢ 3 tablespoons of sugar
"¢ 1 and 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
"¢ 2 teaspoons instant yeast
Make sure you buy "bread machine" yeast they sell it on Amazon and it's the only type that work on GF bread. Quantity are imperative if you want it to work.
Good luck!

I purchased this a few months ago but wanted to really test it out with several different recipes before reviewing. So far I've made pizza dough, bread and cinnamon rolls in it. Super super easy to use and everything has been a huge hit! I'm excited to try and make yogurt and jam in this someday as well! I highly recommend this bread machine because it's a beast yet so simple to operate. Just dump in the ingredients and it does everything else for you!

Had to use the recipe book from my prior bread baker as whoever wrote this recipe book has no idea how to cook! It seems they literally thought it was an artistic event to just throw numbers together for ingredients. Bread over loaded with 4 times the sugar of normal white bread, maybe they think Kings Hawaiian desert bread is normal bread? Too much liquid for one of the recipes turned out more of a bread pudding. After trying their ridiculous recipes twice, went back to the recipe book with my old bread maker and voila! normal bread.
Other than that, bread maker is okay. Nice looking, but a little difficult to get loaves of non-damp/steamed bread. Still trying to adjust liquid levels to work with the machine.
