What I like: seem sturdy, comfortable handle, uniform color throughout the set of 12 mugs, handles stay cool when microwaved for 2 minutes with water in them (to make a cup of tea), packed VERY well. Glaze on the outside of the mug is consistent and shiny. I haven't had them long enough to speak on their duribility, but they seem like they will hold up well.
What I didn't like: glaze on the inside of most mugs and inside of handles has a flat feel and a little flatter shine. Not really noticeable unless you look for it and feel it with your hand. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
All in all a good mug for the money! I would buy these again and from this buyer. Mugs were packed in a large piece of sturdy styrofoam with an exact molded space for each cup to fit down into. I can easily put them back in the styrofoam to store them, if needed. Cudoos to the seller for such a nice job with the packaging.

I guess I missed the part where these change color when the liquid is hot inside. Threw me off for a minute. But it's black cold and white hot..really well packaged as well.
