Very nice heater. Love the heat and color. Delivered super fast. Very happy with it.

We have a tiny house and this thing suits the space perfectly! It gives off a decent amount of heat, but it is definitely a complementary and not a primary heat source. The dancing flames are sweet and it is a wonderfully novel addition to any small space for cheeky ambiance. The legs do feel chintzy, but not a big deal at all.

Good little heater to supplement heat. I have two stories and when I turn the heat up to 68 upstairs gets too hot, but down to 66 and downstairs is too cold, figured I would try a little heater and see how it works and so far so good. I'm using it in a pretty open space so I feel like when it's on it constantly runs, I did turn it down a bit to ensure the auto function worked and it did. I was concerned about the heat coming out of the bottom, but as you see it's right next to my carpet (don't recommend for safety) and after 4 hours of it on my carpet was never any hotter then warm, however my husband requested I move it for safety lol. When I picked it up to move it, it did not shut off, my guess is no safety feature? I also saw a lot of reviews with melted plugs and I think the company changed out the plug because mine has a much sturdier 3 prong plug and it has not gotten hot at all. The unit stays cool to the touch except where the heat comes out! Overall this will do till we get our actual fireplace installed.

Heat works really good! Crackling noise sounds like stactic, flame shows in background.

The response from TURBRO's customer service is enough to change my 1-star rating to a 4-star. Yes, I have had issues with this unit and I am getting my 3rd unit but their customer service was so awesome! I reached out, provided all the information and within a day, a very nice man named Wilson emailed me and asked me to provide some more details about the issue. I provided him a video and immediately he processed a replacement, which I received in ONE day! The best part is that he didn't ask me to return the broken unit! I hate the added hassle of having to re-box things and send it back so now I can just dump the broken unit and move on with my life. Such a great, positive experience; therefore, I do recommend this unit. It does work well when it's not defective and the warranty and customer service of TURBRO are awesome!

I bought this item and had to replace it within the first month because the thermostat wouldn't work right. The room would be 65 degrees, the thermostat would be set at 75 and the heat would not flip on until I turned it up to around 90. Amazon sent me a replacement in December and the unit has been working fine. The thermostat is still terrible...there's like a 10 degree difference between reality and what the thermostat thinks the room is at.

Well, today the thing just stopped working. The fireplace effect still turns on but I can't get the heat to come on no matter what I do. Of course, it's out of Amazon's hands now because it's been 3 months so now I have to go through Turbo. There is a 1-year warranty so they should replace it but we will see. It is just super disappointing that I've already gone through 2 of these in 3 months...doesn't give me much confidence at all.
