This product is something that is easily overlooked when buying a heavy bag, but it so useful! Bag swing is annoying and makes you stop training just to keep training. This product (once filled wiht sand you provide) works to stop the bag in its tracks using a chain or restrict its movement with shock cording! Works very well and causes the bag to settle down quickly. No more stopping to stop things from swinging and no more hitting things around your bag with your bag. Works great and well worth the cost!

I use this double end bag anchor to hold my double end bag to get some excercise in my room. I don't fill it with sand but instead I put weight plates inside to keep it from moving. This allows me to easily remove and store away when I'm done with my workout. The velcro stays together well and the zipper is also well made. If you need a double end anchor then this is a great purchase for the price.
