My custom made sign arrived sooner than stated in perfect condition. It was created exactly as I requested, appears to be very high quality, and works as stated. It has three light levels, low, medium, and high and high is very powerful. Much brighter than I expected, better quality than I expected, and looks better than expected. Was skeptical about purchasing since it comes from overseas, but was blown away by the product. Opened the box and plugged it in and it looks great. The dimmer has 3 different modes and the high mode is BRIGHT!!!!! Definitely recommend and will probably purchase more of these with different sayings. I ordered for my 8 year old granddaughter bedroom for Christmas. She LOVED it. The light itself arrived more quickly than I anticipated - especially since it came from China. It also looked pretty durable. I own several other neon lights that hang in my home bar & this one looked more durable than those.
The color is SUPER Bright. There is a dimmer feature that you can add on - I highly recommend that you include it. I got the 30" which is the size the model is holding in the picture. My granddaughter's name has 8 letters & I added the heart. The neon was a nice size. When you customize it, the price will increase. I think mine was about $119.

I'm really happy with my sign. I got the 30" and used the Soul Signature font. It measures 30" from the top curve in the "E" to the end of the "h" and 19" from the top of the "E" to the bottom of the "l". For spatial perspective, it's centered above a queen size bed and there's about 64" from post to post. It's VERY bright on the highest level so we have it on the lowest. If I was ordering to my taste, I would order the white as I don't like purple light, but this is in my 13-year-old daughter's room and she loves the purple. I got the remote and I'm really glad I did as it has a bunch of dimmer settings and bells and whistles, and it was not expensive. I paid $104 total for the sign and the remote and it came in nine days. It's pretty much exactly what I was hoping it would be. Recommend.

The sign arrived working well and looking great. It has three levels of brightness and the brightest setting is very bright. The only downside is that it was almost a full five weeks before I received it. Some of this delay is probably not the manufacture's fault, although, according to tracking information, it was definitely several days (well over a week) before it actually started its transition to me. Just consider the potential delivery time if you are needing this quickly. If a long wait is not a problem for you, this is a great choice.
